  1. As usual, Tatiana Maslany was robbed, as was Hugh Dancy and Mads Mikkelson. Boo. But yay for a lot more: Idris Elba,Jessica Lange, Andre Braugher, Lena Heady and more.

  2. I don't know how else to say it but Hannibal is for the self-selected few. :)
    As is Orphan Black.
But GoT and OITNB have a strong presence this year which fills me with hope for humanity.

  3. Lots of Orange, and that makes me happy. And I'm pulling for Robin Wright.

  4. Man, Brazil got crushed by Germany, Argentina is in the finals, Tatiana Maslany robbed again. Tough week.

  5. I'm pretty much the anti-demographic in life. If I like a tv show, it gets cancelled or at least under appreciated. So I guess I'm not surprised that there isn't any love for Justified or The Americans on that list. Justified didn't have it's best season imo, but the Americans was fabulous this year. I'd like to see it recognized.

Also, I'm guessing that putting Allison Tolman in the supporting actress category was to increase her odd of winning, but doesn't it really seem like she was a leading character on Fargo?

  6. Oh yes, The Americans..great show. Don't know why there was no love for it here. I remember Keri Russell from Felicity, she's come a long way since. And the other actors on the show are great as well.
Tollman seemed like a lead on Fargo, but your theory is a good one. I'd like to see her win.
I'm glad for OINTD of course..I still say it's a drama and not a comedy. Hmph-categories.
And we Hannibal fans are a select and chosen few. Hah.

  7. Re: the Americans-by here I meant the Emmys of course. I know this site has great reviews of it. Just to clarify.

  8. Always happy to see Peter Dinklage nominated, but the fact he's under 'Supporting' gets more and more ridiculous with each passing year. He is literally the lead actor in that show. Sigh.
