I too am glad they took Wesley into a better direction instead of making him Adric 2.0, that's for sure.

I admit that I had a bit of a crush on Gates McFadden as a teenager when the show was originally broadcast, but I also prefer Crusher to Pulaski just in general, so glad she's back, and she does give Wesley some much-needed balance too.

Stubbs was annoying, but we've had worse! Solid episode all-in-all.Morellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08852528242739450099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-14539751342579198802019-09-13T12:35:54.849-04:002019-09-13T12:35:54.849-04:00About 8 minutes left...About 8 minutes left...Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02432033696871518417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-32427581169298358352019-09-13T12:27:41.355-04:002019-09-13T12:27:41.355-04:00About minutes left, and the episode is becoming si...About minutes left, and the episode is becoming silly, in the usual TNG way, with Picard trying to get Stubbs to apologise to the nanites. My sympathies are entirely with Stubbs; his only wrong move so far has been that incident in Engineering. Though I think Picard has a better set of priorities. It’s nice to have an episode that is largely about Wesley, though it is a pity that Doctor Pulaski has vanished. What does Dr. Crusher put on her hair ? Do they still have hair colouring agents in the 24th century ? Can such things be replicated ? Sure it was a gesture of trust but it was really just a cool way to let the nanites communicate. I do get annoyed sometimes when things are so obviously plot devices.drnanamomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03667806039402426676noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-67609436009182931862015-06-24T21:07:47.011-04:002015-06-24T21:07:47.011-04:00I liked the basic idea of the episode, but it kept...I liked the basic idea of the episode, but it kept making me yawn. But hey! new costumes! a few new hairstyles, too.

Stay tuned? I don't think I got that, and I'm streaming the show on Amazon. But you're right. It's oddly appropriate.Billie Douxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17141769005175631213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-1336220966181800512015-06-14T12:28:15.115-04:002015-06-14T12:28:15.115-04:00I particularly enjoyed the exchange of words betwe...I particularly enjoyed the exchange of words between Stubbs and Picard.

IMDB QuoteAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
