Great big spoiler...Spoilers coming...
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Great big spoilers for the very end of the film...
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
I loved the film and spent half of it silently bawling. But there was a moment at the end where I got the giggles briefly because somehow it seemed funnier than the same scene in the book - the bit where Katniss is yelling at Haymitch and Plutarch for abandoning Peeta and they drug her and she wakes up next to Gale. As if they're saying, "We're sorry we let your boyfriend be captured and tortured by the Capitol; please accept this replacement boyfriend with our best wishes."Juliettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00203399623895589924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-56882884050928093942013-11-25T02:20:03.186-05:002013-11-25T02:20:03.186-05:00Great review, JD! But I'm glad to hear that this adaptation had more teeth than the first film.Josie Kafkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17892717530356699008noreply@blogger.com
