In another scene he is seen hugging her. When they go to Lindsey's home they need to take her mom away for treatment. So the parent's allow him to take Lindsey to his home for the night? to a person who they slammed their front door on? I was wondering what in the world Dana was doing at Lindsey's home that night, that's weird. But then I realized she needed to be there and go home with Johnny and Lindsey or else it would look just too creepy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-51928657415405181532020-08-06T10:25:08.029-04:002020-08-06T10:25:08.029-04:00I enjoyed this one as well. Although Johnny doesn't trust him, it's clear he's not a straight-up villain, which is kind of what I expected. And I'm liking the direction they're taking Dana's character.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect of the show, since there certainly isn't enough material in the book for six seasons (we haven't yet seen the book's main plot). I had been sort of expecting a police procedural with a psychic twist, but it looks like it will be different from that and more interesting.magrittenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13727952.post-82336197372203222042012-08-25T15:28:17.103-04:002012-08-25T15:28:17.103-04:00The DVDs are all over the place! This was episode...The DVDs are all over the place! This was episode six in the DVDs as well as being the sixth that aired, but I haven't seen 1.05 yet. No worries, it's just interesting.

I agree that David Ogden Stiers did a wonderful job in this episode. I struggle with him, however, because I am a huge M*A*S*H fan. He will always be Charles Emerson Winchester III to me, no matter what else he does.

I am really enjoying the growing friendship (if that is the right word) between Johnny and Dana. I still don't completely trust her and suspect that she may have a hidden motive, but she was lovely in this episode.

I love the way the writers have Johnny interact with children. He always treats them with respect and doesn't condescend to them. He was marvelous with Lindsay and I loved the way he braved going into a house where a door had literally been slammed in his face to save her mother's life. What a guy!ChrisBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10843864158239536750noreply@blogger.com
