Set in a murky not-too long ago, Gotham shows a new chapter in the life of one of the most popular superheroes of our time. The series follows a nascent Batman and his city as they evolve towards the creation of the famous, or infamous, superhero. The story is told through the eyes of a young Jim Gordon, then a rising star in the Gotham police force and reworks the traditional Batman mythos with a modern, and even darker, twist as we see the origin of the series' most famous supervillains.

Our current Gotham reviewer is Thomas Ijon Tichy. Episodes 1.21 through 2.11 were reviewed by Joseph Santini.
