Critics' Choice Television Awards 2015: Nominees

“Having the critics praise you is like having the hangman say you’ve got a pretty neck.”
― Eli Wallach

Today, the Broadcast Television Journalists Association announced their nominees for the 2015 Critics' Choice Television Awards. For once, I was pleasantly surprised by some of the nominations. Shows that sometimes get overlooked by other award givers were nominated in important categories.

The awards will be handed out Sunday, May 31. In the meantime, let us know what you think of the nominations. In other words, become a critic of the critics.

  1. Again, nothing for Tatiana Maslany? What is wrong with these people?

  2. Second that, Pucklady! Guess she's too much of a chameleon for them to see her.

Glad to see Timothy Olyphant, Joelle Carter, and Walt Goggins got noms, AND Justified got one for best drama! Awesome!

Sad to see no Outlander. Maybe cause the first season is not complete?

  3. Can someone explain to me how Carrie Brownstein can be classed as a supporting actress in Portlandia?

  4. "Lisa Kudrow, The Comeback" - That series aired in 2005. I loved it. But why is she nominated in 2015?
