Josie Kafka reviews The Vampire Diaries, Game of Thrones, and various other things that take her fancy. She is a full-time cat servant and part-time rogue demon hunter. (What's a rogue demon?)
So now events on Legends will happen before Arrow. Maybe will be important to crossovers. :)
ReplyDeleteI really wish I could watch those shows. I "cut the cord," which worked out really well until Hulu stopped carrying CW shows. I miss The Flash most of all and will have to binge like crazy next summer when they're available on Netflix.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how it's going to play out, but Legends isn't getting as many episodes as the other three shows -- only 17. Which I guess is still a lot.
ReplyDeleteSleepy Hollow. Why didn't it just go away? I've been so unhappy with it, but I reviewed the first three seasons. Will I feel compelled to do the fourth, in spite of myself? (Clearly, it is hard for me to let go when I take on a show.)
Just want to add that the Canadian series 'Travelers' will be released globally on Netflix December 23. I think that anyone who liked 'Continuum', might love this show:)
ReplyDeleteTJ, thank you! I read about that earlier this week, got excited, then forgot about it. Now it's on the list.
ReplyDeleteI also added the Sherlock premiere and the Sens8 Christmas special. Because we needed a Sens8 Christmas special, didn't we?
I kinda regret that I compared Travelers with Continuum. The shows are very different, but somehow I was thinking of Continuum, and they are both timetravel shows and they are both Canadian and now I will shut up...
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is that I recommend it. It might not be for everyone, but I am loving it so far (9 eps in).
Thanks for always putting these lists together; they're so helpful. I wanted to add the premier of Riverdale is Jan 26.
ReplyDeleteI added Riverdale. That's the Archie comics show?
ReplyDeleteI think so, yes. Thanks.
ReplyDeletehey, you're missing two important ones here :)
ReplyDeleteColony Jan 12
The Expanse Feb 1
Done!
ReplyDeleteSo did anyone see Riverdale and is it any good? I'll asks preemptively about Powerless too which premieres in two days.
ReplyDeleteI watched it, Patryk.
ReplyDeleteIt made me feel old. It's definitely a teen drama, despite the Twin Peaks allusions and moody lighting. It was perfectly good at what it was trying to do, but really not to my taste.
Alan Tudyk is in Powerless, so I'm definitely going to watch that one.
ReplyDeleteI still haven't gotten to the premiere of Riverdale. It's sitting on my DVR, glancing reproachfully at me.
ReplyDeleteIt's a show about teenagers. Is it rolling its eyes and muttering under its breath while it checks its phone?
ReplyDelete(Because I could totally see Riverdale doing that.)
Josie, I am now picturing it doing that. :)
ReplyDeleteUgh. Kids these days.
