I love a show with weirdos. The best part of Gilmore Girls isn't Luke and Lorelai, but Kirk's antics and Taylor's nonsense. The goofballs who make up the wallpaper of Doc Martin or Northern Exposure are far more fun than any main character could ever be. It's always about the weirdos.

No one actually thinks Sting is the killer... right? But it's too much fun to wonder what would happen if he was. It's easy to fall into the investigation at this point and start sizing up Sting as the big bad, but it obviously wasn't meant to be.

“But the world needs Oliver Putnams! You push people out of their comfort zone. I mean, I don't like to get involved with people, but I just met a very strange man and knocked a frozen cat out of his freezer. I still have its leg!”

Remember, two reviews ago, when I said “Be like Putnam,” because he falls down and gets back up again? He’s going to carry the investigation, and the fate of the Arconia, on his little shoulders this time when he heroically rises from another failure.

Our sleuths need to put a face on Tim Kono, but trying to unlock his life splits open the Arconia like a can of worms. As light is cast on each resident, they all wriggle away, hiding behind their unremarkable doors like worms burrowing under the ground.
