MTV's attempt to ride the teen genre wave, Teen Wolf, is centered around 16 year-old Scott McCall, who was turned into a werewolf when a mysterious creature attacked him in the woods. As he struggles to hide his secret, he must also learn to control the monster within him to protect his friends, his family, and Allison, the girl he loves; who just so happens to be a descendant of Wolf Hunters.
Featuring a decent amount of gratuitous shirtless-ness and a lot of snarling and looking pretty, Teen Wolf has proven that even the weakest of premises can be turned into gold.
